JCPenney Associate Kiosk is the employee management software of J. C. Penney Company, Inc. Associate kiosk allows employees to check JTime, Paycheck Stub, My schedule, Leave of absence, MTO, PTO and other latest updates about the company.
It is a simple HR software with numerous benefits for the employees. Moreover, it is accessible from anyplace, whether you are at home or work, open your computer or Smartphone and check your JTime with a single click. Even former associates can use this portal to print paystub or to get W-2 / W-2C Forms.
JCPenney Associate Kiosk
Login into JCP Kiosk is an essential part of your daily job. If you are a new employee and don’t know how to do it, then you can check the login method from here. Users can also check basic requirements to log in on JCP Kiosk.
- Users will need an active internet connection, personal computer, or Smartphones to access the portal.
- Open jcpassociates.com on your computer browser.
- List of option appears in front of you, choose Associate Kiosk @ Home.
- Upon clicking, it will redirect you to the new page
- You can read it as JCPenney Information Security, enter your username and password on a given space and click on login.
It will take you to the Kiosk dashboard. The associate can check Jtime, Paystub, and other details from here.
If you are a permanent employee or part-time employee, My Jtime helps you to check the shift of your store. If there is a change in your shift, you can check the same from JTIME. It is an essential feature of all associates of J. C. Penny Company. Users can find their shifts from the dashboard after a successful login on the portal.
Employees can check paystub after successful login to the JCP Kiosk. You can also check whether it is a direct deposit or paper check from the tab. If it says “Check,” it is a Paper check, and if it says Advice then its direct bank deposit. If you are still not able to find your paystub details, then you can call on the powerline payroll at 1-888-890-8900.
Leave of Absence
Employees can apply from LOA from here; they can also check used LOA from it.
Don’t worry if you are not able to recall your password. Changing the password is a straightforward task. Open I want to change my password or reset my lost password link from the official website and enter necessary details. It will ask you to reset a password when you enter the correct information.
Former Associate Kiosk
Former employees can also use the same portal to access their past paystub and W-2 forms. Open former associate kiosk link from the main portal and enter user id and password.
Your 9 Digit employee id number is your username
While your 11 digit password is JCP in the upper case, then birth month (two digits), Birth year (two digits), and last four digits of your SSN.
07 is the birth month
89 is birt year
1234 is your social security number
Once you complete this, it will ask you to do two-factor authentication if you are using a website outside of the store.
Print Paystub for former associates
Click on My Money from the dashboard
Click on pay, find the check you want, and print the same.
Print W2 copy
Click on “View W-2/W-2C Forms” from the dashboard and choose the year.
Note: you have to enable popup windows.
Note: former employees can use this portal for 18 months after termination of the job.
